At our National Conference in 2023, we were joined by Dr Henrietta Hughes OBE, Patient Safety Commissioner; Joanne Bosanquet, Chief Executive, Foundation of Nursing Studies; Dr Sam Kyeremateng, Medical Director and Clinical Lead for Programme Development, St Luke's Hospice Sheffield; and Paul Farthing, Chief Executive, Shooting Star Children’s Hospices.

The panel discussed the lessons that the hospice sector need to learn from the Lucy Letby case.
