Where we have a promotional agreement with a commercial company, we make clear how much of the purchase price we receive
We give a clear explanation of how you can make a gift and amend a regular commitment.
We are respectful

We respect the rights, dignities and privacy of our supporters and beneficiaries
We will not put undue pressure on you to make a gift and if you do not want to give or wish to cease giving, we will respect your decision
If you tell us that you don’t want us to contact you in a particular way we will not do so.

As part of our fundraising and supporter engagement strategy, Hospice UK engages in telemarketing.
Telemarketing is an effective way of engaging with supporters who have agreed to learn more about our work, how they can support Hospice UK and ultimately help us achieve our vision of Hospice care for all, for now, forever.
Our outbound telemarketing is conducted by Stratcom UK. The Stratcom team are fully trained and understand the importance of Hospice UK’s work. They are members of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising and follow the fundraising regulator's code of conduct.
For your peace of mind, calls made by Stratcom will show up on your phone from this number: 020 8819 7880. Please be assured that Hospice UK abides by UK GDPR and the Telephone Preference Service (TPS). Our Privacy Policy can be found here.
