Hospice UK and Corndel launch Hospice Data Academy

The Hospice Data Academy will equip 96 people across 64 hospices in England with the skills and knowledge to make the best possible use of data in their roles. With colleagues from service provision, fundraising and HR, the programme will help hospices to improve the care they provide for local communities. 

The programme is possible thanks to leading workplace training provider, Corndel and its partners, who have gifted more than £1 million worth of their government apprenticeship levy.

Part of Corndel and Imperial College’s Data-Driven Professional Programme, the Academy will run for 14 months. It’s one of a range of professional development opportunities offered by Hospice UK, which also include bursaries and professional development grants for colleagues working in a number of roles.
