By purchasing a ticket, or multiple tickets, to a Hospice UK event, you accept and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

1. Payment in full must be made at the time of booking
2. Tickets are non-refundable
3. Bookings via the website may be paid by credit/debit card. Alternatively, please email events@hospiceuk.org if you wish to pay by BACS or invoice
4. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you will ensure any guests, colleagues, and contacts that you introduce to us will act with integrity, respect and dignity during the event and will not do anything to bring Hospice UK into disrepute.
5. If the event is cancelled by Hospice UK or the venue, we will look to reschedule the event and your ticket will be automatically transferred unless you request a refund
6. I agree that Hospice UK may use any photos taken of me at the event for promotion in either electronic or printed media. I acknowledge that if I (or my next of kin) wish to withdraw this permission in relation to photographs where I feature; it is for me (or my next of kin) to notify Hospice UK by contacting events@hospiceuk.org. I also acknowledge that while Hospice UK will use all reasonable endeavours to comply with any such notice of withdrawal of permission, it cannot guarantee that materials already in public circulation at the date on which the request is received will be withdrawn.
7. Hospice UK may terminate the booking if you are in breach of any of the above terms and conditions
