The ideal person

We are looking for an individual who has first-hand experience of the clinical or palliative care environment and/or NHS  and Health Trusts. They should also have experience of Care Quality Commission processes and requirements. Experience of managing people  is also ideally required.

The Role

You will ensure that Lawrence Nurses meets its clinical, statutory obligations and you will act as the Nominated Individual for the Care Quality Commission,. You will assist in maintaining a culture in which clinical governance and patient safety are perceived as essential to the care and wellbeing of patients. The  line management of Lawrence Nurses’ Registered Manager is also an important part of the role. A comprehensive Induction Programme will be provided.
