We are looking for Directors to join our Board, providing strategic direction, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with our governing documents. The Board also oversees our shop leases and plays a key role in decisions about renewals and new opportunities. We are particularly keen to hear from people with expertise in charity retail and charity finance to help us continue to grow and develop our commercial arm.

This role allows you to contribute to discussions and gain valuable experience before taking on full legal responsibilities. Associate Directors receive mentoring and support over the first 12 months, with a view to transitioning into a full director role in the future.
