Our Trustees have set an ambitious vision for the future of Bury Hospice, and as Director of Clinical Services, you will play a crucial role in translating this vision into reality.

This exciting role will involve:

- Leading a comprehensive review of our clinical services to ensure they meet the evolving needs of our local community and reflects best practice and innovative approaches to palliative care;
- Contributing significantly to the development of our new hospice strategy for 2025-2028, ensuring a clear clinical focus and measurable outcomes;
- Playing a leading role in the strategic leadership of palliative care and end-of-life services across the Bury system and Greater Manchester, fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader with strong clinical expertise and a proven track record of success in senior management roles.
