Hospice at Home Manager

Thames Hospice is an independent adult hospice with a beautiful 28 bed hospice at Bray Lake in Maidenhead with views of the lake and state of the art facilities.  We have proudly served the community of East Berkshire and South Buckinghamshire for more than 36 years, we work in partnership with our local healthcare colleagues to provide specialist palliative and end-of-life care services to people aged 16 and over in their own homes and within the Hospice.



We are currently looking to appoint a Hospice at Home Manager to lead and support our friendly team of qualified Nurses, Clinical Specialists and Health Care Assistants. This is a brand new role and a fantastic opportunity to really make a difference by taking ownership to drive this service forward and deliver excellent patient care in their own homes, putting the patient at the heart of what we do.  

This role would be suitable for a passionate and experienced nurse looking to develop their career in a Hospice setting, one who is forward thinking who enjoys working collaboratively and can demonstrate relevant post qualification learnings' with experience of managing a team of nursing and support staff to role model our values
