Dementia End of Life Care Community of Practice

The Dementia End of Life Care Community of Practice (COP) is facilitated jointly by Hospice UK and Dementia UK.

The CoP brings together practitioners and clinical leaders via an interactive forum to build skills, knowledge and confidence in providing high quality palliative and end of life care for people affected by dementia and their families.

The Dementia End of Life Care Community of Practice meetings are led by Julia Russell, Senior Clinical Practice and Quality Improvement Manager at Hospice UK.

The COP meeets quarterly via MS Teams.

Our Dementia Community of Practice includes a MS Teams discussion group, where you can keep in touch with your peers between meetings.

This features event announcements, relevant articles and resources, calls for research and participation and updates relating to dementia. We also share the recordings and slidesets from previous meetings via Teams.

When you join the Community of Practice, you will automatically be added to the MS Teams group.
