The National Clinical Leaders Group (National CLG) is our forum for executive clinical leaders in hospices. National CLG brings together professionals who are involved in the strategic planning and operational delivery of hospice and palliative care across our membership.

The National CLG aims to:
provide a strategic and influential clinical voice in hospice and palliative care
escalate key challenges to the Hospice UK Board
lead regional clinical groups
support clinical leadership development
offer expert advice
collaborate on aligned priorities with Human Resources and workforce leaders.
How the group works
Text
The National CLG is made up of representatives from regional clinical leaders groups, selected by their respective regions. It also includes representatives from our two national members, Marie Curie and Sue Ryder.
Each representative serves a two-year term, with a maximum of three consecutive terms.
The Chair can choose additional individuals as needed and invite Human Resources Leaders to quarterly meetings for joint working sessions.
The National CLG is authorised to create working groups to address specific issues, ensuring effective communication between the national and regional groups.
