Our Compassionate Employers programme helps organisations look after their people and support employees through grief, dying, and caring.
By referring a local corporate partner to this programme, your hospice will receive a referral fee. This fee is worth 25% of the cost paid by the business.
This offer is exclusive to Hospice UK member organisations.

The complete Compassionate Employers programme includes a range of workplace wellbeing services. Businesses can book each service separately if they don't need the wrap-around support of the wider programme.
Whether a business opts for the full programme, or just one service, the referral scheme applies.
Hospices that successfully refer a business will receive a referral fee worth 25% of the sale.

Large organisation:
Cost: £1,500 plus VAT
Referral fee: £375
Small and medium-sized enterprises:
Cost: £1,000
Referral fee: £250
We can provide a holistic look at an organisation's support offer and provide suggestions on how to improve employee benefits. This includes looking at policies, peer support and communication with staff.
We also give out a bronze, silver, or gold award that organisations can use to showcase their commitment to building a compassionate workplace.

We offer a range of online training for employers in the form of workshops and webinars. Attendees receive follow-up support to continue their learning, and we send HR teams useful data after the sessions.

Joining the full Compassionate Employers programme costs between £2,000 and £10,000 + VAT depending on the size and type of an organisation.
This means that for a full programme referral, your hospice's referral fee could range from £500 to £2500.
