Please fill in this form if you would like to share your thoughts and reflections on the text of the Terminally Ill Adults (End of Life) Bill with us. This will be a key part of informing Hospice UK’s response to the Bill.

These workshops are for Hospice UK members in England and Wales only. Places are limited, because we need to make sure everyone has a chance to share their views during the session. We are asking you to register your interest in advance so that we can ensure we are gathering views from as broad a range of hospice staff and volunteers as possible.

Once you have registered your interest, we will be in touch to let you know if you have been able to secure a place and provide you with joining information.

If the Bill does not pass the Second Reading on 29th November, these workshops will be cancelled.


You must work or volunteer for one of Hospice UK’s member organisations in England or Wales to take part in these workshops.
