Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care (Grove House) supports adults and children with a life-limiting illness in Buckinghamshire and west Hertfordshire. 

Through our Hospice at Home service, available day and night, and our living well and family support services, our patients can choose to be cared for at home, making every moment matter.
