If managers are too busy to attend on the day, we also offer recorded sessions.
Attendees receive follow-up support to continue their learning, and HR teams get useful data, like increased confidence levels of attendees. Our facilitators are workplace wellbeing experts and hospice bereavement staff. Our workshops have a 98% satisfaction rate.

We can review bereavement and carer’s policies as needed. With our experience in reviewing many policies, we can offer personalised suggestions and compare your leave policy to others in the market, including length of leave, language and signposting.

We also provide a holistic look at your support offer such as your policies, peer support and communication with staff. We provide an easy to use online form which takes around an hour to complete.
We then compare your answers to 100+ other employers and see how they measure up. We provide helpful suggestions on how to make your employee benefits even better. You receive your recommendations within 10 working days, along with a tailored action plan for the next 12 months. We also give out a Bronze, Silver, or Gold award that you can use to showcase your commitment externally.
