Evidence into Practice community of practice
Join our community of practice (COP) for anyone with a professional interest in providing high quality, evidence based palliative & end of life care.
About this community of practice
This community of practice (COP) aims to share new and emerging evidence about palliative and end of life care and support members to translate this into their day-to-day practice.
We will do this by:
- giving you a platform to network, share ideas and learn from one another
- promoting relevant learning events, resources and research projects
- showcasing examples from practice and leading academics.
The COP is primarily focused on research evidence from the UK.
