About this community of practice

This community of practice (COP) aims to share new and emerging evidence about palliative and end of life care and support members to translate this into their day-to-day practice.
We will do this by:
giving you a platform to network, share ideas and learn from one another
promoting relevant learning events, resources and research projects
showcasing examples from practice and leading academics.
The COP is primarily focused on research evidence from the UK.

Everyone who joins the network will be added to our MS Teams channel where members can share and discuss ideas. Through the channel, we will keep you updated with everything Hospice UK is doing, arrange meetings and share helpful resources.
